Abstracts:
The economy of the Arab countries has enacted a
comprehensive and reformed policy to motivate and direct its unity
towards the international policy. This policy is open to
globalization, It revolution which exploits investments under the
policy of specialization. All this could be done through
modernizing investment laws and affecting the financial laws to
achieve promotion and put an end to globalization side effects – as
the world is a small village.
This study was set out to reveal the efforts which are taken to
attract investments through globalization, following new laws of
motivation, opening more chances and, thus raising levels of
economic growth.
Finally, this study ends with results and recommendations that
are to overcome the side effects of globalization and promote
benefits of investment in a fruitful environment
