Qualifications
Work Profile Synergy does not provide any academic / desktop
assignments. The Interns / trainees work on live
assignments for hands-on experience, with the guidance
of Synergy Team for actual client work-product delivery /
transactions. Due to the nature of Project Finance, the
interns / trainees work on more than one project at a given
time and support the teams in the following areas:
JOB DESCRIPTION

 Developing and auditing high-end, complex financial


models of international standard, ensuring compliance with
project documents and applicable accounting & taxation
practices, analyzing key business drivers and handholding
clients on risk/return analysis

 Business Valuations and Investment Analysis – Evaluating


businesses to analyze investment opportunities, performing
due diligence and valuations exercise

 Contract Analysis - Reviewing project documents to assess


the commercial and contractual implications, under various
contracts, specifically for Project Financing structures

 Business Writing - Preparing reports, Information


Memoranda, summary and presentations as required by
the nature of assignment

Prerequisites  Interest in Project Finance and a basic understanding of


Project Finance

Other skills  Strong interpersonal and communication skills
