Overall aim and context of the lesson:

Recognize and write number 2

Identify a lesson and what standards are you addressing:
The lesson was about the number 2 which is math lesson plan. The student will learn how to write and
recognize the number 2. The student will make tracing for the number 2 by using different things.

Who is the lesson for?
Where did the lesson take place?
What were you trying to achieve in your lesson?
What did the students do?
The lesson was for pre-kinder student and the activities for the all level. The lesson was in the classroom
in the circle area. And the whole activity was in the front of the class. I make sure all student knows how
to write number 2

Why do you think the students responded the way that they did?
How well did your teaching relate to the students’ prior understanding?
How well did you engage the students?

The student asked me question that showed me they were learning and understand what I was teaching
them. After they finish the activity I ask them question. I engaged the student by singing the number

Did your lesson meet your teaching goals?
My lesson meets my goals because in the end of the class most of them know how to write and
recognize the number 2. And the student was doing the activities well and they asked me about the ant
which show me that they understand the lesson. I assess my student in the end.

In the future I will start my lesson by song number to engage the student.
