ORDER:

under Regulation 14(a)(1) of APSEB SRs Part-II, as adapted by TSGENCO,

41 (forty one) Candidates Whose names are mentioned in the anneXure append?d
to this order are appointed temporarily as Trainee Junior Accounts Officer, 1n
the time scale of Pay of Rs.3463O-1425-36O55-17OO-44555-1985-5448O-
228O-5676O, (EPS-2O14) with usual allowances as admissible from time tO time
at the place of working, and he/She iS Placed on probation for a Period Of 2 [two]
years, including one year ccIHDUCTIOH'' and CC OH THE-JOB TRAIHIHG''.

2. The appointment iS Provisional and is liable for termination at any time

without notice and without assigning any reasons.

3. The conditions Of Service Of the Candidates Will be govemed by the Rules

and Regulations applicable and as amended by the Telangana State Power
Generation Corporation Limited from time tO time. The Tripartite Agreement
entered into between the erstwhile APSE Board, the composite Government Of
Andhra Pradesh, and the Employees Associations are not applicable to the
candidates and he/she shall at no stage be entitled to claim any right
whatsoever arising out of the said Tripartite Agreement. The Candidates have
already submitted an undertaking tO that effect along with the following Original
Documents: -

viii. copy of Hall Ticket and Online Application;

ix. Employment Exchange Registration Card, if any;

xiii. A bond on nOn-judicial stamp paper WOrth Rs.loo/- (Rupees One

Hundred only) executed to the effect that:-

(a) He/She will serve the TSGENCO for a minimum Period Of 5 years after
completion of training, in Case he/ She iS appointed OP regular basis;

(b) If the candidate leaves the TSGENCO during the Period Of Probation/
Training, he/she Shall refund the emOluments received by him/her
during probation/Training Period plus Rs.5O,OOO/- (Rupees Fifty
Thousand only) to the TSGENCO by way of liquidated damages;, and

(c) If the candidate leaves the TSGENCO after 2 years of Probation-Gum-

Training and within 5 years bond period, he/She Shall pay an amount
of Rs.1,OO,OOO/-(Rupees One Laldl Only) to the TSGENCO by way of
liquidated damages.
4. The appointment Ordered in Para-1 above are also Subject tO the following
terms and conditions; namely: -

(a) If any of the Certificates Produced by'him/her are found tO be fake Or false
or not recognized at a later date, his/her Services Shall be liable for
termination without notice and without assigning any reasons thereof;

(b) The appointment iS Subject tO Verification Of Character and anteCeqentS. If

any adverse report is received in the said verification, Pis/her services are
liable for termination Without notice and Without aSSlgnlng any reasons.

(c) The original certificates deposited With TSGENCO shall be retained With
the corporation during the bond period of 5 years. However, the TSGENCO
may consider for return of original certificates on temporary basis tO the
candidates after completion of three years from the date Of, joining On
written request after depositing caution money of an amount of
Rs.5O,OOO/- (Rupees Fifty thousand Only) with TSGENCO which will be
refunded on re-depositing back the original certificates tO the Corporation
within one month, else the amount Of Rs.5O,OOO/-(Rupees Fifty Thousand
only) shall be forfeited and further action Shall also be taken to recover the
dues as per the service bond.

(d) The candidates appointed aS Trainee Junior Accounts Officer Shall work
wherever he/she is posted and request for change of posting will not be
entertained under any circumstances;
5. The candidates appointed aS Trainee Junior Accounts Offlcer are POSted
to various Generating Stations as mentioned against their names. During the
period of probation, the candidate shall undergo ttlnduction and On-the-|Job-
Training7' for a period of one year.

6. The candidates appointed aS Trainee Junior Accounts Officer Shall be

required to work in each of the power Generating Stations for a minimum Period
of 3 (three) years.

7. He/She is directed tO report at the Place of posting Ordered aPove duly

producing Appointment Order along with the acknowledgement slip .issued by
Deputy Secretary (Estt.)/TSGENCO/Vidyut Soudha/Hyderabad. They should
report at the place of posting Within a Period Of 3O [thirty] days from the date Of
receipt of this order, failing which the Offer Of appointment Shall automatically
stands cancelled and the name Of the Candidate Shall be omitted from the list of
approved

8. The TSGENCO reserves the right to cancel/delete or alter any of the terms
and conditions of this order of appointment, without assigning any reasons.

9. The candidate will be governed by the Provisions of the EPF a MP Act,

1952, and the Employees Provident F\mds Scheme, 1952, in terms of a.O.O.
No.7O8/GM(Adm.)/2OO2, dtd.O6-O2-2OO3.
