Congratulations! We are delighted to announce that you have been selected as a recipient of the Academic
Excellence Scholarship for the fall 2017. This scholarship is based on your outstanding academic performance
in spring 2017. This award is contingent upon your full-time credit (at least 12 credits) enrollment in the fall
2017.

This scholarship covers full tuition for the fall 2017. This scholarship is awarded for one semester, and it is
renewable given continued outstanding academic performance. A recipient has responsibility to complete all
documentation officially requested from the university including contracts and its terms and conditions which
will be followed after submission of acceptance of this offer. The recipient of this scholarship for the subsequent
semester will be selected again based on the academic performance in the fall 2017.

This offer reflects our high opinion of your academic potential. Please let us know as soon as possible, but no
later than August 4, 2017, whether or not you wish to accept this offer by completing and signing a copy of this
