The given article explores the additions made to the classic Karl Marx by later philosophers
and scholars such as Antonio Gramsci and C Wright Mills who used conflict theory to
describe the rise of a "tiny power elite" who have ruled America since the mid twentieth
century.
The paper studies the application of Conflict Theory in the realm of Finance, and Bailouts,
Governments and Politics. It states that how governments diffuse conflict between the rich
and the poor, and between the politically disenfranchised and the politically powerful classes

The piece explores how the capitalist system has at its heart inherent unfairness. It argues that
in a capitalist system, the owners of resources make the profit, which accrues from the effort
