Draft Map 2-A Major Changes

High School Rezoning Superintendent Recommendation 2018

This is recommended by the superintendent of schools. It is based on the concept Draft Map 2,
with adjustments. The premise of this map feeds Dahlstrom and McCormick Middle Schools to
Johnson High School, Barton and Wallace Middle Schools to Hays High School, and Chapa and
Simon Middle Schools to Lehman High School. This map also incorporated some considerations of
Draft Maps 3 and 6, which were recommended by the Attendance Rezoning Committee.

This listing is for reference only. Please view the maps for specific changes proposed under this plan. No map is final until the Board of Trustees
approves the map. To provide feedback to the Rezoning Committee, please use the electronic feedback form on the main Rezoning Committee page
or attend a public hearing advertised on the main Rezoning Committee page at www.hayscisd.net/rezone.
