High-Output Pig Manure Bio-organic Fertilizer Production Line

The Process Of High-output Bio-organic Fertilizer Production Line From Pig Manure :

1.Compost of raw materials process

The fresh manure is not directly used, because it contains bacterial, planting seed, worm

eggs, it will harm the soil and plant, and only decomposed manure can be absorbed by the

crops. So the fermentation compost section is the essential part. Take organic pig manure

as the raw materials, and add propotional organic substances like vegetable waste, garden

debris, sawdust,and straw etc for better composting and fermentation. Put proportional

species, the fermentation is about one week, the fermentation temperature should be

controlled within 65 ℃, the manure compost has brown or dark brown color due to the

obvious increasing of ammonium nitrogen content, it smells of odors of compost but no

dung and has better absorption by crops after fermentation.

2.Crushing process

Chain crusher is applied to the grinding the block in the production of organic fertilizer and

compound fertilizer. This machine use high-intensity wear resisting and cemented carbide

chain plate with synchronous speed. The fertilizerl chain crusher will crush the organic

manure thoroughly, and crushing size should meet the requirements for granulation.

3.Mixing process

This process is mainly used for the mixing of raw materials, vertical mixer is used to mix

fully the crushed materials for better granulation. It is not easy to stick to the material and

wear resistance. The colloidal-pin wheel reducer has the characteristics of compact

structure, convenient operation, uniform mixing, and convenient discharge and

transportation.
4.Granulating process

New type organic fertilizer granulator is used for granulate various organic materials after

fermentation. It breaks through the traditional organic material granulation technology.

And do not need to dry the raw materials. The materials can be granulated at 30%-40%

moisture content. The diameter of the finished product is generally between 0.3-5mm,

granulation rate is above 85%, and the size of the products can be adjusted by the mixture

quantity of material and the spindle speed.

It is especially suitable for the granulating light fine powder materials. The smaller size

material can get higher granulation rate and better quality products. The new type organic

fertilizer granulator utilize high speed rotary mechanical stirring force and the resulting

friction force to make the powdery material continuous mixing, granulating, balling, and

intensifying inside the machine, to achieve the granulation of materials.

5.Drying /cooling process


The drying process is an indispensable and important process in the process of fertilizer

production, which directly affects the output, quality and energy consumption. Because the

moisture content of the particles after granulation is generally between 15% ~ 20%,

because the fertilizer quality index of moisture content requires less than 14% , so it which

needs low temperature drying treatment with rotary dryer.

Drying fertilizer are transported by belt conveyor and feeding into the rotary cooler, the

cooling process mainly involves the use of wind fans to feed natural air into the cooler

through pipelines to cool the granules for the following rapid packing and storage.

6.Screening process

Granules were screened after cooling, and the large particles of materials are crushed were

transported into granulator with the sifted powder by the return belt for re-granulation,

and the finished products enter the coating machine and automatic packaging system for

packaging.

7.Automatic packing process

Granules packing machine is used for the quantitative packing of fertilizer granules. It

consists of automatic weighing and packing machine, conveyor, sealing machine and

feeder, high weighing accuracy, convenient operation. Packed fertilizer will be stored for

sale.
