Tell us about your background ?

My name is Ezzaty binti Abd Rahman. I am 18 years old. I graduate from SM Sains Batu Pahat. My
father work as a primary school teacher while my mother is a housewife. I passionately want to
future my studies in accounting. I hope one day I can be professional/ chartered accountant.

Who are you during secondary school?

I’m active member of librarian. I also chief of sport bureau and vice president of Malaysia School
Youth Cadet Corps (KRS) . From all this, what I get is we need to have cooperation in team work.
Also, it teach me to be more discipline and manage the time properly. Moreover, I become more
responsible person.

Are you active in co-curricular activities ?

Well, I participate in KRS marching and my team get third place in district. Next, I participate in track
and flied sports. My major is long-distance competition. I also enter some quizzes such as asean quiz
and kangaroo math competition. Moreover, I got my 1st poom in taekwondo.

So, between all of the activities, which one you really interested ? Why?

I really interested in taekwondo because it teach me to never give up in what I did. Moreover, it help
me to be more discipline and manage my time properly. Moreover, I can protect myself in future.

Tell me more about scouting if you don’t mind.

The thing that most cherish in scouting is when I went to KRS SBP camping. There, I meet various of
people in different state and share our opinion. Moreover, there I know where team work is the
priority. I learn new things such as life-skills. This is one of my best memories.

What are the definitions of leader and leadership from your eyes view?

From my opinion, leader is someone who can lead and guide simultaneously. Not someone who only
know to order but work together in order to achieve something. While leadership is the capability of
someone to lead a person or a group. Some of leadership criteria is empathy, confident and
optimist.

As a team leader I need to ….

What is your advantage and disadvantage ?

My advantage is I am high-energy and friendly. I communicate very well with an enormous variety
of people. My disadvantage is I’m such impatient person and also a too hard working person to
make sure that everything turn out well.

*If you are working in a group of different races, how you build up the cooperation ?

1st at all, I need to be a good listener. I need to heard all the opinion from every races. Next, I will not
mix up with sensitive issue. Moreover, WEH !
What is your hobby ?

My hobby is watching movie and drama . From this hobby what I can get from is learn English such
as new vocab and how to pronounce it properly. Moreover, every movie and drama have their own
moral such as teamwork, honesty, optimist and hard-working.

What type of books do you read? Do you read books written by JK Rowling ?

I love to read comics. No, did not read books written by JK Rowling but I watched her book based
movie such as Harry Potter. Some of the comics give me inspirations such as Misi straight A’s series
written by Afiq and Nazry. This type of comics will motivate me to archive what I want in my life.

Beside the books that you told before, what kind of books that you read?

I like to read motivational book. This is because it will make me feel better. From all the stories that I
read, I can conclude that I can be better person next time.

Do you prefer to study local or overseas?

I prefer to study local. This is because it will save much cost and time than I study at overseas.
Moreover, the CAT-ACCA examination is UK based examination and recognized world wide.

Which university you wish to pursue your study ? Why?

I would like Sunway College at Klang Valley. This is because they already had International
Recognition. Sunway has received 11 consecutive years of Platinum Approved Learning Status.
Moreover the environment is in various races so it help me to communicate better.

*Why do you choose accounting discipline?

Accountants are not only found in the business environment - they can also be found in a range of
organisation types such as charities, government bodies, sporting organisations and so on. This
means that I can have the widest range of opportunities to have a work after I graduate. Moreover,
