For value received, I Rosa Diaz, promise to pay to the order of Jake Peralta
the amount of Two Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (P2,400,000.00), to be
paid in three equal installments of Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (P800,000) on
the following dates:

First Installment on February 29, 2016 – P800,000.00

Second Installment on October 31, 2016 – P800,000.00

Third Installment on June 30, 2017 – P800,000.00

In case of default in payment of any installment on its due date, all

remaining installments shall become due and payable at once.

In case of non-payment and there is an action filed in court against me, I

promise to pay interest at the legal rate which shall accrue from the time of last
demand.
