If you are applying for a Fall semester exchange, you will need to select courses from the
Calendar or current Schedule of Classes to support your application. These may not be
courses that you end up taking. The Schedule of Classes for the upcoming year is usually
posted after our application deadline, so our Exchange Coordinator will work with you
to finalize your course selection after the updated Schedule of Classes is posted.
Some courses may be online learning courses or located off the University of Calgary
campus. If you are looking at the Schedule of Classes, this information will be in the
“Class Notes” section when you click on the courses section.
Most courses offered by the business faculty, provided students have the prerequisites.
Registration is also dependent on space availability. The Master timetable can be viewed
If you would like to live on campus, we encourage you to apply for residence as soon as
possible as rooms fill up quickly. You do NOT need your student ID to apply. Applications
open in December for the following fall and winter semesters.
