I believe there is probable cause to charge the defendant with these charges because:
On September 5, 2018 I began an investigation of enticing a minor, the adult Anthony Lee Edward Heintzelman
offered to pay juvenile money to have him remove his clothing. The juvenile victim declined to do so. Later the
juvenile victim received a message from Mr. Heintzelman asking if they were still cool and if everything was still
alright. Mr. Heintzelman was working at the same place as the juvenile and was aware of his age.
A search warrant was written to Facebook messenger and it confirms that Mr. Heintzelman did message the
victim and ask if everything was cool, telling the juvenile victim that he sometimes goes too far and asked again
if they were chill?

I believe these to be additional condition(s) for continued detention:

Felony committed while on probation or parole, or while free on bail awaiting trial on a previous felony charge
(they were out on probation or parole).
Mr Heintzelman is currently on probation through Murray City Police Department for forceable sexual abuse.
