STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

During the past two years, I have been involved in structural analysis,
design, preparation of DBRs , tender drawings and site use drawings of
various buildings that comes under DCSEM mandate which include
projects such as GCNEP-Haryana, SMF-Kudapura, RMP Mysore.
In addition, I also worked as Engineer-In-charge for DGPS and
Topographical survey for LIGO India project which helped me to
enhance my knowledge with practical experience.

During the above mentioned period, I have gained better grasp over
various provisions of codes like IS, AERB, ACI, FEMA, Tec-doc etc.,
Thorough understanding of FEM software like STAAD.Pro, SAP and
familiarisation with various technical documents including Geotechnical
investigation reports, design reports, Tender document etc.

Major challenge during this period was to design the structure by

integrating the requirements of User, Architect, Public health, electrical &
mechanical within stipulated time and also to maintain economic viability
of the structure. Supervision of highly qualified seniors, referring the
standard manuals and critically analysing the structural problems
enabled me to overcome the challenges.

I have worked in design section as well as EIC at Remote site for

topographical survey.
