Esther is teaches class with enthusiasm and purpose. She engages students and I can see her growth in creating an active learning
environment. During the observational periods Esther used a variety of teaching strategies to maintain student interest. She is totally at
home using technology in a purposeful way, and incorporates this skill often in her instructional delivery

instruction is. During my visits it was clear that Esther gave feedback to students in an effective way as they completed activities and

Esther is very respectful of others in the classroom and it shows. The students respond to how she conducts herself and to method of
instruction. She takes time to reflect on student answers and their needs. She has created a positive classroom environment and
maintains clear expectations and good classroom management.
