Training on Mandated Reporting Will Cover:
Identifying Child Abuse and Neglect Warning Signs of Types of Abuse
Defining Physical Abuse: the intentional Physical abuse: frequent and poorly explained
physical injury of a child by an adult (includes injuries, alertness, inappropriate clothing to hide
sexual abuse) injuries
Defining Sexual Abuse: actual or threatened Sexual abuse: trouble walking or sitting, acts
