1. Write a letter or word in your natural writing -

this technique works on cursive or printing.

2. Go back over your letters and on every downstroke

(when your hand moves downward to create the letter),
double the thickness of the stroke.

3. Use the following pages to practice forming your letters

and knowing where to add that extra thickness.
