Job description and responsibilities


 Design and Execute the agreed on products’ marketing plans that achieves realistic targets and
objectives also Manages all aspects related to assigned products ( strategy, market analysis ,
planning , budgeting) through creative and innovative marketing tools to grow with the current
products or launch the new products within the therapy area whilst working towards the Business
Unit strategic objectives.
 Supervise and develop the assigned marketers within the Business Unit.
 Analyze sales figures as well as marketing metrics to discover business opportunities through close
monitoring and analyzing of sales volumes, market share trends and competition activities and
assessing competitors activities to early counteract threats
 Identify business opportunities through IMS desk researches and market research with all
necessary analysis and brining up outcomes to be implemented.
 Develop and review the annual marketing plans and semester gap analysis with the Business Unit
assigned marketers
 Communicate and propose the monthly bonus scheme for the Business Unit products.
 Communicate and propose the quarterly action plan of all Business Unit products based on each
quarter priorities.
 Review and approve the marketing materials.
 Ensure efficient implementation and joint activities of “Customer Relation Management-CRM” plan
across the Business Unit.
 Monitor and control the marketing budget and expenditures on quarter, semester, and annual basis.

 Monitor and evaluate metrics with the assigned marketers to measure the efficiency of the

Marketing plans.
 Manage the participation in scientific conferences (participation budget, booth activities,
symposium, and the related speaker for it).
 Recommend and manage Business Unit new launches in alignment with the assigned marketer.

 Bachelor Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Medicine and Veterinary
