In this video lecture Mr. Sugata Mitra defines the past 300 years history, how the British
empire creates a learning environment and how they communicate the administration
orders/procedures without telephones, computer and with the pieces of papers. They created
the global computer with people they called it bureaucratic administration. They created
machines, those machines created other people like machines in schools.

Mr. Sugata Mitra said that the schooling system not broken and how schools prepare the
people to meet the current challenges of jobs. They do not meet the current challenges
because current situation becomes very advance, new technologies and new methods of
working environment changes day by day. He explains the examples of India about to
introduce latest technology and how people take interest in those technologies.

Mr. Sugata Mitra explains a very important approach that is helpful in our routine
environment as well as in our future. He gives example of a computer that how illiterate
children playing with it and with the passage of time they take interest and without the help o f
any person they learn lot of things about computer like browsing, mouse use etc.

We can implement them in our society that encouragement is very important and becomes
very creative we encourages our children which ever they have interest because encourag es
creates creativity and also encourages in our society that eliminate the threats as Mr. Sugata
Mitra statement the threats shutdown the brains to learn and threats have a types of
punishment and examination. Teachers have also a responsibility and set the tasks and
comeback and look what happens. He gives a good idea that today’s need is to create schools
in the cloud, lot of information gathered that and that will helpful other children to use it and
learn latest technologies and brighten their future.
