Fire Alarm System Bill Of Quantity

Supplying, installing, programming,

commissioning, drilling, cable extensions &
testing of the following fire alarm system
components; complete with connecting cables
(2x1.5 mm2) shields Fire resistance in PVC
conduits. All devices shall be supplied from one
manufacture as per drawings, technical
specifications, and as herein specified:

** General Notes:

- System will be connected to an auto dialer

with delay on timer, a computer device and
log-event printer.

- System connected to a bell and high

laminated lamb in the security room. When
a detector gives an alarm signal, system
must give an alarm in the security room for
a limited time before activate the general
alarm system.

- System must contain a deactivation button

which enable the security officer to turn of
the alarm after clearing the fire source in a
limited time before activate the general
alarm system (automatically).

- Alarm system must be able to detect and

give full information about the any detector
or any other system component's fault.

- System shall allow controlling the detectors'

sensitivity by programming.

- System shall be able to shut down the main

circuit breaker for the building.

- System work with two electrical sources:-

 Fire Alarm System

a- AC Power Supply 220 V – 50 Hz.

b- Emergency power 24 Volt DC Battery

operating period to 24 hours with charger.

- System will be tested using Standard Fire

Test Mats SFTM.

- Price includes all cables, auto dialer, the

Computer device, & the Printer.
