Projects and work experience:

1. Summer internship 2009: I have done my summer

internship at HPES NOIDA, worked in a team of 4 members,
and gain these following skills

• Interfacing 16 bit microcontroller (atmega-16) and

digital ICs (like 4029, 555, 7447, L293D).

• Programming the controller in basic C language and

was compiled in Code-Vision-AVR.
 2. Single digit calculator This project was implemented on a
breadboard with atmega-16 as the microcontroller, 16x2 LCD
as the visual output and a 4x4 matrix of switch as the input.

3. MIDI player is a digital model of keypad that produces

sounds of frequencies corresponding to different notes of
music.

4. Data acquisition system: this was the part of the project

of paper recycling ‘scavenger’ where it help to convert the
data from sensors into a proper format recognizable by e-Box
which was selected in Microsoft imagine cup for round 2.

5. Presently, I am working on an image following robot based

on mat lab software’s image processing toolbox.

Extracurricular activities:

1. I’ve led a 3 member team for the circuit frolic competition

held during the first ever tech-fest of UCoE (JOUST) and
secured 2nd position. We built a Whack-A-Mole game by using
Atmega-16 and basic display elements like LEDs and 7-
segment-display.

2. I have been selected twice (during 2008 and 2009) as a

member of 7 player team of badminton from Punjabi
University, Patiala for inter-college badminton competition.

3. Secured third position in boys-doubles badminton matches

and second position in mixed-doubles badminton matches at
the annual sports meet of UCoE (FACE-OFF 2009) and stood
third in boys-singles badminton during FACE-OFF 2010.
