The introduction of Roto-
form Plus® represents a
major step forward in
granulation technology.
Rotoform Plus® features
a new belt dropformer
consisting of a perforated
plastic belt rotating on two
rollers. Molten product is
uniform supply and distrib-
ution of product across the
width of the belt. Hot
product is distributed via
the mouth piece onto the
bottom part of the perforated
plastic belt.

of perforations through
which product is passed
onto the cooling belt.
This belt runs at the same
speed as the cooling belt
underneath.
Frame with carriage -
the frame of the Rotoform
Plus® system forms a rigid
base onto which individual
components can be
securely fixed. The system
can be moved on rails away
from the cooler for easy
access and servicing.

This new system elimin-
