- I will try to have an interesting & easy lesson, to make the students understand and enjoy the lesson.

- I can tell by observing the student’s behavior, by listening to MST & MCT feedback and see how much did
they understand by asking questions.
Grade Level: KG 2 – S1
Learning Outcome :
- Identify and understand the meaning of big and small.

- Story (Big little) – I changed it to big small

Opening (warmer activity + teacher introduction/demonstration of small group activities)
Time: 15 min
I will start the lesson by greeting the students and playing the hello song afterwards. Then I will introduce the
lesson to the pupils by reading the story "Big Little" by Leslie Patricelli, ask few questions (is it small or big?).
Whole
We will do the classifying game together (big and small). Then I will explain the activities.
Students will be given few different sizes shapes, and they will have to classify them into small and big.
Independent Experience (small group activity 1)
Students will choose some cupcake papers and make a big umbrella and a small one, stick it on the paper
and then draw the umbrella stick.
Independent Experience(small group activity 2)
Students will be given worksheet about choosing the smallest/ biggest item among the rest. Higher level
students will start first since they will be faster, then I will work with the medium/low level students.
Closing
It will be the reviewing part before moving to the activities, since they move straight forward to the story time.
Assessment
To assess students’ knowledge I will ask questions and check their answers while doing the worksheet and correct it.
