Richland Township A 19, Richland Township B Pursuant to R.C. §3515.03, I have deposited the required deposit in currency for each precinct listed as security for the payment of charges for making this recount applied for, which charges shall be fixed by the board as provided in R.C. §3515.07. Please note that R.C. §3515.03 has fixed such charge at $50.00 per precinct, but the Ohio Election Official Manual, Chapter 9-8, fixes the charge at $60.00 per precinct. Please promptly notify the Elections Division of the Secretary of State's Office, and comply with the mandates for scheduling the recount within ten (10) days, and the appropriate notice that must follow for the candidates in this contest. Please issue my required notice to the address provided below.‘The manual hand recount shall be conducted in public session under the supervision of a majority of the board of elections.
