Mrs. Venica S. Acosta

Vice President for Finance

Madam:

Grace to you at peace!

It came to my attention upon learning about some not considered offered time of taking review classes of
the graduating students of the Electrical Engineering in three subjects under their course program such as
Electronics 1, Electronics 2 and Principles of Communication. In my case, it’s been my first time to handle
review class since I entered this institution and I’m little acquainted on some policies regarding taking
review classes most especially regarding Bio-entry wherein this causes your office to make adjustments on
the compensation to be given to me regarding my rendered time for the review class of the Electrical
engineering fifth year students. I’m writing you this letter to reassess and appeal for a consideration on the
time rendered for the review class of the following dates below as I offer you some explanation. This letter
is also made upon the advice of one concerned staff of the accounting office which we considered and
thankful about.

May 4, 2018 (3:30 – 5:30 pm): This date is Friday and my regular class ends at 3:30, so as far as I can
remember, this was a rush schedule for the continuation of my discussion and an evaluation test for their
Electronics 1 and did not mean that I forgot the scheduled date to them, so it happened that I made a
biometric entry for out this day at about 3:32. But upon learning that I had a schedule to them through a
chat from them, I rushed to them as early as I’m informed. But it was my mistake for not making any
biometric entry regarding my entry and exit as I attended the students this day and sort of played safe since
the students really report directly to Engr. Jojo C. Mariano (coordinator for EE Review Class) if we had
some sessions.

May 11, 2018 (3:30 – 5:30 pm): This date is again Friday and same setting happened with the May 4, 2018
event. This is not intentional but due that it’s a peak season of many things to rush such as project study
issues with students, paper works such as checking, making of final quizzes and examinations, and also
remedial class hours in my EMech 1 class. I forgot but indeed attended them again.

May 17, 2018 (10:30-12:30): This day was a Thursday and my only vacant was 10:30 to 12:30 and this
was my last scheduled meeting with the EE fifth year students and the day before final examination. My
regular classes ends at 6:30 pm by Thursday and no biometric entry was recorded which most of the time I
failed to make biometric entry if you would consider some other dates with this schedule since with the end
of the class it’s already dark and consider taking a ride sometimes with Mr. Jasmin and don’t consider
taking biometric entry for out, and as far as I can remember I attended my last class which is at 5:00-6:30,
and supposed to have a biometric entry for out at 6:30 or beyond but failed to do so this day, in this date,
my only proof maybe is the checklist of the student checker that I’m present in all of my subjects within
this day and given that I rendered two hours in my review class with the EE.

With those, I want to justify that I really rendered the time reported and maybe you would consider asking
the students if needed for further verification. With those mistakes and careless comprehension on the
policies, I would like to ask an apology and most sought, to ask positive consideration on the rendered time
on the review class of the students. I would like to promise that this won’t happen again and rest assured
that I will be eager to take right conduct on events like this. And in the end, I just wanted the best for our
students and to continue our vision in the university.

Thank you and Marian shower upon you.

Respectfully yours,

Engr. Silverio V. Magday Jr
