QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

Education : Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

Training : 40 hours relevant training

Experience : 4 years relevant experience

Eligibility : Career Service Professional or any


equivalent/appropriate eligibility for second level position

Basic Function : The Officer II position provides technical support services


by performing tasks that requires in-depth knowledge and
experience in an operation process; works within defined
standard operating procedures and adheres to quality
guidelines to maximize the efficiencies/implementation of
planning and controlling the conduct of financial, follow-
up and systems review.

Competencies : Must have excellent written and oral communication


skills; knowledgeable in internal auditing, business
operations and regulations; possesses accounting
knowledge.

Staff Officer III (Internal Auditor II)/SG 19-20

to maximize the efficiencies/implementation of gathering,
analyzing and preparing individual audit observations and
recommendation as required under the audit program.

Competencies : Must have very good written and oral communication


skills; knowledgeable in internal auditing, business
operations and regulations; possesses accounting
knowledge.

Training : 32 hours relevant training

Experience : 4 years relevant experience

Eligibility : Career Service Professional or any


equivalent/appropriate eligibility for second level position

Basic Function : The Officer I position provides technical support services


by performing tasks that involve basic skills in an
operational process; works within defined standard
operating procedures and adheres to quality guidelines to
maximize the efficiencies/implementation of analyzing
and evaluating data gathered to determine the adequacy
and effectiveness of the internal control system in the
assigned audit area. The Officer I assists the Officer II in
the implementation of the audit program and supervision
of the audit team.

Competencies : Must have excellent written and oral communication


skills; knowledgeable in internal auditing, business
operations and information technology; possesses
accounting knowledge.
