The purpose of SAPMT camp is to provide facilities and accommodation in order to

allow the SAPMT personnel to reside close by the construction site during the TGP’s

infrastructure for the accommodation, mess, laundry, health, recreation, internal roads,
fuelling, vehicle maintenance and other required facilities.
This Scope of Work describes the WORK activities required to provide, install, construct
and commission the facilities and associated infrastructure at Tanajib Gas Plant (TGP)
for the following:
1. Saudi Aramco Project Management Team (SAPMT) camp and Utilities (referred as
SAPMT Area).
2. Sewage Treatment Plant, Sewage collection network, Raw Water supply, reject
water collection network and tie-in at EPC Contractor Camps and laydown yards

3. Pioneer Camp, SAPMT Office Buildings (Project Support Buildings), and Tent.

A Central Training Facility complete with a training building, shaded car parking, heavy

adjacent to the EPC Contractor Area. The treated water shall be trucked in to the
potable water and fire water system.
The fire water and potable water systems for the SAPMT Office Building and Tent, shall
connect into the Central Training Facility water network. The SAPMT office buildings
shall be supplied and installed with all utilities and associated infrastructure. SAPMT
office buildings shall be located adjacent to the Pioneer Camp area and Tent. The
sewage shall be trucked out for disposal.
The Pioneer Camp is designed to accommodate 48 personnel. This shall include the
following services and not limited to: ground and pad preparations, water, sewage

fences and all service buildings. These shall be designed, supplied and installed by the

2.1.1 The new Tanajib Gas Plant is installed in an undeveloped area within COMPANY land
reservation in proximity to the shoreline, approximately 25km to the east. The new TGP
is located approximately 100km north-west of the existing Wasit Gas Plant and
approximately 20km east of the existing onshore Tanajib facility.
2.1.2 The SAPMT camp is located south west of TGP, and the EPC Contractor Camps are
located north of TGP as shown on DD-816807. The Pioneer Camp, SAPMT office
buildings, and tent are located east of the TGP. The Solid Waste Landfill location is
south of TGP.

7.1.3 All materials/equipment in this project shall be CONTRACTOR supplied (unless

instructed) and comply with the requirements of COMPANY standards and material
specifications. CONTRACTOR shall submit complete lists of material and equipment
with material specifications and samples to COMPANY for approval prior to
construction.
7.1.4 CONTRACTOR shall submit a quality control plan as per SAEP-1154, in order to
ensure the contract specifications are met. CONTRACTOR shall prepare/submit
Hazard Identification Plan (HAZID) to COMPANY Loss Prevention Department for

review.
7.1.5 CONTRACTOR shall plan and execute the WORK as per Saudi Aramco Engineering
Procedures (SAEP), Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES) and Saudi Aramco
Construction Safety Manual (SACSM). CONTRACTOR shall submit a detailed Project

a. This Tent comprises of a high-density heat/fire resistant, insulated fabric roof & steel
structure with insulated pre-cast concrete external walls/columns on all 4 sides and

of the building and other requirements. Material for the gathering tent/tent fabric shall
have flame spread rating of Class A. Detailed drawings shall be provided by

7.3.3 Fire Protection System & Wet Chemicals:

The required fire protection system for all buildings in SAPMT camp shall be provided
as per Building Performance Specification DD-966916 in accordance with NFPA code,
International Building Code, International Fire Code and COMPANY Engineering
Standards.
Fire water pumps including jockey pumps, diesel operated pump and main power
operated pump shall be provided to feed the fire water network taking suction from
Combined Fire Water and Potable water tanks. Fire Water/Potable Water tanks shall

8.1 Project Record Requirements

CONTRACTOR shall adhere to the provisions of SAEP-122 in establishing the project

records under the direction of COMPANY who are responsible for determining the
applicability of each document for Project Records.
8.2 As-Built Drawings:
CONTRACTOR shall maintain a set of marked-up drawings during performance of the

WORK to record all As-Built changes that occur during construction of the WORK. The
marked up drawings shall be readily available for periodic inspection by COMPANY.
Any changes to drawings require COMPANY approval. CONTRACTOR shall furnish

three (3) paper sets and one (1) soft copy of the As-Built drawings. The soft copy of
the As Built drawings shall be in Microstation format. All As Built drawings shall be

8.3 Equipment and Technical Documentation:

The purpose of SAPMT camp is to provide facilities and accommodation in order to

(referred as EPC Contractor Area).

The SAPMT Camp is designed to accommodate 1500 personnel. Accommodation units

service buildings associated with the 1500 capacity are to be constructed.

The SAPMT camp shall be connected to TGP by an access road.
