REGAINING A COOKIE PRODUCT IMAGE

I. INTRODUCTION

A business was started from a favorite snack by a junior entrepreneur who also

shows passion in baking. From a simple interest in sharing the taste of her favorite

cookies made up this young girl’s mind of starting a cookie business but not everyone

has the same taste as what she has.

The homemade cookies received a lot of negative feedbacks from various

customers because of its taste. The cookies tasted too sweet and are very small in

serving, not proportional to its price. Because of these reasons, the business not yet in

its growth stage already declined.

This proposal is limited only to the junior entrepreneur who likes to continue her

business of selling her favorite cookies and as well as recovering all the losses in

starting the business that quickly declined. The scope of this is related in product

development and changes for the betterment of business flow. This is also a proposal

for changing a bit of the cookies’ ingredient, creating a name for the business and

promoting it for familiarity.

Regaining the image of the cookie product is the significance of this proposal.

The product is currently declining because of the negative feedbacks and generating

profit to recover the losses incurred from the issue.
