Olivia continues to improve in the area of classroom environment. I
like that she had students repeat back to her what the directions
were for when they returned to their seats.
We discussed the ever-present need to maintain a watchful eye on
all students as she helps individuals. I encouraged her to do more
of a closure type assessment where she asked students how
confident they felt about what they had learned during that lesson.
