PARSSU, Inc. (or simply PARSSU) is a professional association of educators,

teachers/professors of any discipline at all levels, researchers, and users of statistical and
psychometric software. It envisions to be a nationally recognized association committed to
advancing the research profession and promoting the production of quality researches among
Filipino scholars through the applications of valid, reliable, and workable research methodologies
including contemporary research designs and measurement and statistical models

PARSSU is officially registered in the Security Exchange Commission with SEC

Registration No. CN201623951. The Bureau of Internal Revenue allows the association to
operate and hence a Tax Identification Number (TIN No. 009-435-001) was issued.

Who May Join

Membership in this organization is open to all who are:

1. Practitioners in the field of research, measurement, and statistical data analysis and
modelling;
2. Scholars, educators, teachers/professors of any discipline at all levels who have direct or
indirect experience in research, measurement, and statistical data analysis and modelling
with computer applications; and
3. Students who are engaged in research, measurement, and statistical data analysis and
modelling.
Annual Membership Fee and Benefits of a Member
A member in good standing for the current year is a member who has fully paid his/her
annual membership fee for the current year. The membership fee for year 2017 is P500. A
PARSSU member in good standing for the current year is entitled to:
1) receive Membership Card(ID) and Membership Certificate;
2) discounted fees for trainings, conferences and seminars organized and sponsored by the
association during the year;
3) vote on all matters relating to the affairs of the association;
4) be elected or appointed to any position in the association; and
5) Participate in all deliberations in the meetings of the association.

Period of Membership
Membership for PARSSU is valid for one year. Date of membership is effective the day of
payment of the membership fee until the same day of the following year. Members can renew their
membership after a year upon the approval of the Committee on Membership.

How to Become a Member

To become a member of PARSSU,

1) Send/email to us your filled-out the Membership Form (Email:

rachel.amora@parssu.org). You may download the form here:

2) As mentioned above, membership fee is P500 per year, inclusive of ID, certificate of
membership, and discount on all seminars, conferences and workshops offered by the
association. Since 2014, PARSSU and Eins Consultancy jointly offered some crash
courses in statistical analysis, item analysis, and research related topics with computer
applications. PARSSU Members can still avail the discount. Deposit your membership
fee to any of the bank accounts of Eins Consultancy.

3) Write your complete name and the word "PARSSU Membership" on the deposit slip, then
fax it to (02) 961-0729 or email the cellphone photo to rachel.amora@parssu.org. If you
want that LBC will deliver the ID and certificate to your desired address, please add the
following amount to your deposit: P150 (for NCR), P170 (for Luzon but outside NCR), or
P190 (for Visayas and Mindanao).
