Agreement for Instrument Service Terms and Conditions

Agreement Between:

Party 1 (Seller): Ji Tai Tech

Part 2 (Purchaser): KIRTI NDT & Engineering Services, Dombivali Maharashtra India-421201

Equipment: Ultrasonic Flaw Detector, Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge, Hardness Tester etc.

Warranty Period: 2 Years

Terms & Conditions:

1. All Equipment specification should match with specification provided in Manual by seller, if actual
specification and Manual are not match and if that affect Quality of product, Equipment will replace by
seller to purchaser.
2. Seller has to be providing all technical support regarding operation of equipment to the purchaser
whenever in need.
3. During the Warranty period if Equipment need any repair service , If possible to repair in India can
repair in India but before proceeding repair it purchaser will inform to seller about problem and cost for
repair, If seller agree to repair in India Purchaser will repair the same and seller has to pay 100% repair
service amount for it,
If sellers not agree to repair equipment in India then purchaser will send back to china for repair
service, Seller will repair the same and send back to India without any charges, If seller unable to repair
the Equipment seller will replace it with new Equipment,
4. All Freight Charges from India to china and china to India for Replacement of product and repair of
product will 100% Paid by Seller.
5. Once Received Equipment seller has to repair and send back to purchaser within 2 Week of time,
6. This agreement will not expired until agreed by both party,
