This letter is sent upon authority of the owner thru her daughter Josephine Pasion
Reyes of the lot and boarding house located at Block 1 Lot 2 Dacoville Dumoy
Davao City, Philippines that you are currently occupying a space thereof. You have
been continuously ignoring your prior agreement with her to pay the arrears or
unpaid rentals due for the months of _________________________________ until
present which have caused irreparable injury to the owner.

Please be advised that you have breached your obligations with the owner,
specifically with regard to the payment of the monthly rental of (______________)
pesos within each calendar month, from the months of __________________ until
present which have now amounted to _________.

Pursuant to law, the owner DEMANDS THAT YOU SETTLE YOUR ACCOUNT
until November 30 or ____ days from receipt and to VACATE the premises within
November 30 (___) days from receipt of this notice. If you are unable to comply
with the above, please state the reason therefor in a reply letter addressed to this
office and the same will be taken into consideration by the owner. The period
above stated is non-extendable and non-negotiable.

You are given ample time to comply with your obligations and to vacate the
premises. If you do not pay and leave the premises within the period stipulated
above, owner shall be constrained to commence suit to protect his interests, collect
the unpaid rentals and file an action for ejectment with the aid of proper
authorities.
