This book focuses on environmental issues surrounding land and provides

examples of attempts to solve global problems. ​How We Use and Abuse Our Planet

shares information about the human effect on land and describes each problem related to

the topic “Life on Land”, such as deforestation and biodiversity, in detail. This source

was very helpful in supplying ideas of how “Life on Land” affects humans overtime.

The book, ​Respect Our World Sustainability​, is about the natural resources of

Canada and how they have to last for the generations to come. It informs readers about

sustainable development and introduces ways for students to help the problems related to

the topic, “Life on Land.” This book source provide lots of knowledge about Canadian

wildlife and was very helpful when collecting information on biodiversity.

and provided lots of information about the topic, “Life on Land.” It covered various ideas

including, biodiversity, extinct species, deforestation, and desertification. This book

source went extremely into detail by explaining facts about each topic, how humans are a

main cause of the problems, and some solutions to help. It was helpful at providing

information about the human effects and global impacts on land.

Sustainable Development Goal 15. It wrote about desertification, biodiversity and

deforestation and consisted of many facts about goal 15. It provided information about

what goal 15 was trying to accomplish as well as when and how it was going to be done.

Readers should consider this source when conducting research on goal 15 as it acts as a

good base.
