INFORMATION

The undersigned prosecutor hereby accuses Miguel Andres with

having violated B.P. Blg. 22, which he committed as follows: that on
February 25, 2018 in the City of Cebu, within the jurisdiction of the
honorable court, the accused did then and there draw and issue Bank of
the Philippine Island –Fuente Branch Check No. 12455354234DHJH
dated March 25, 2018, in favour of one Fran Mejia purportedly for the
payment of the loan, which check upon presentment for
clearing/collection on March 25, 2018 was dishonoured by the Bank of
the Philippine Island-Fuente Branch which is the drawee bank for the
reason “Drawn Against Insufficient Fund”, that the accused was notified
of the dishonour on the same date and which check the accused failed to
replace with cash within 5 days from March 25, 2018.
