 Planning for learning objectives were clearer
than least lesson. Lesson plan was detailed and the
activities were in alignment with the objectives.
Activities were creative.
 Managing Learning students were comparing
between the four seasons. They were engaged in
the lesson. During the elementary years, the joy of
teaching must be instilled in students and your
lesson demonstrate that fact. The students truly
enjoyed the lesson. Most importantly, they appear
to have understood the characteristics of the
different season
 Monitoring and Assessment students
understanding was checked throughout the lesson
through questioning.
 Language improve communication with students. Questions
must be clear. Questions must be rehearsed before the lesson.
There are times that you appear unsure of what you wanted to
say.
 Managing Learning part of managing the learners is
differentiating the classroom activities. Students who have
shown mastery in the content must be challenged through
activities that meet their intellectual capabilities. The students
could have been better challenged.
 Transition avoid jumping from activity to another with
providing to students an explanation or a purpose. You must
make the connection from one activity to another. One activity
must build (constructivism) on the other. The purpose of the
activity is for students to learn. You have chosen the best
strategy to ensure that are learning. Therefore, avoid
threatening students to cancel the activity.
 Managing Learning lesson’s pace was too fast. You
were rushing your instructions and the activities.
Time management is an issue.

The lesson had a better structure than last lesson. Lesson plan was detailed with clear objectives. The students enjoyed the
lesson. You must work creating more challenging activities that address the need of all the students in the classroom.
