TOURISM IN CASTILE AND LEON

Foreign tourists will forever associate Spain with beach holidays, sangria and
paella - none of which are bad things in themselves. Recently, sophisticated
urbanites have also discovered the joys of Spain's lively, funky cities, packed with
bars and galleries. These are perfectly good reasons to visit one of our nearest and
most distinctive neighbours. But, Castile and Leon has another kind of city with
history and an excellent table: hearty, delicious roast meat dishes or exquisite freshly-
caught fish even though you are miles from the sea.

Avila is also a good example of what's great about getting out into deepest
Spain. We arrived in town and immediately booked in to a guest house facing the
Romanesque cathedral, at a price which almost half the price of a bed in a Madrid
youth hostel.

Spain is blessed with many of these once-important towns, Burgos, Leon,

Salamanca, now delightful places to escape underground trains and big city stress,
and catch up on a bit of history. If you're looking for the real Spain get on the next
train north out of Madrid and jump off at the first station you like the sound of.

 CRITERIOS DE EVALUACIÓN
Serán valoradas las siguientes capacidades:
- Capacidad de comprensión y expresión escritas.
- Capacidad de resolver cuestiones morfológicas, léxicas y sintácticas.
- Capacidad de crear un pequeño texto escrito en lengua extranjera.
 CRITERIOS DE CALIFICACIÓN
- COMPRENSIÓN: 2 puntos. Cada apartado 0,5 puntos
- VOCABULARIO: 2 puntos. Cada palabra 0,2 puntos
- GRAMÁTICA: 2 puntos. Cada apartado 0,5 puntos
- REDACCIÓN: 4 puntos.
- 0’5 puntos si escribe al menos el número de palabras exigido.
- Entre 0 y 0’5 puntos por la corrección ortográfica.
- Entre 0 y 1 puntos por la corrección gramatical.
- Entre 0 y 1 puntos por la riqueza léxica.
- Entre 0 y 1 puntos por la coherencia, cohesión, madurez y ajuste al tema
propuesto.
