Subject: Representation a grievance on the office other date 31-07-2018

Respected Sir,

On the above captioned context I put my needful grievance before your kind consideration and
favorable action and those are as under.

I. That I have been ordered to be transferred to PGMTO, Dhenkanal as the order shows
room in the office leaflet ; but still now I have not been relieved by the authority and I
have been working in this circle according to my designation post.
II. That in the pare (table –ii) in the so called office order the said transferees are not yet
been relieved an these are Sl No-1 to 4 ; but in my case it is compulsion by the authority
though there is statutory rules in case to transit time (i,e 10 days from the relieve date)
III. That for your kind tenderness ; I had been working in this circle up to date – 11-10-2018
but the authority made in his order ERP struck- off against me on dated 19-09-2018. Sir;
it is very necessary to tender you that in case of center or intra system(transferees) the
authority still date has not struck- off (ERP) anybody in any circle; but in my case the
transferring authority knowingly leaving grudze on me has struck- off) of ERP by
which of I go to new (transforees) place after relive; there I can’t draw my salary at the
completion of the next month and the authority has struck- off my ERP on dated 19-09-
2018 though I have worked there at my existing circle up to date 11-10-2018.

Sir, beyond the above grievance; I have been under regular treatment of the medical doctor ; if
I have been transferred there I will be suffered and it will be very much irrepairable. Then to
me finance side I have deposited a huge amount towards my son’s education in his respective
institution ; if transfer happens then I will loose badly and it can’t be compensated.

So, I request you to make a kind consideration on my caption grievance and I state have that
why I will be harassed individually by the concerned authority for no means; why my salary
will be stopped (ERP strikes off) for no inconveniences by which I along with my faith are
suffering irreparably; Why I will be suffer for other individual interest sir; I am a bonafide
employee and there is no such official strictness in my long service life since my appointment
and now I am in my part time of service life and these type of harassment at this stage hurts me
and my family financially & emotionally. So; I knock your kind heart for an appropriate
consideration and order you dims fit
Sir, I am here with enclosed an annexed the copies of transfer order sheet, note sheet of
presentation (in official file dated 11-10-2018) and although for your kind tenderness &
immediate consideration and appropriate action.

So, I request your kind a favorable condition arranging regarding my said grievance and pray
to cancel my transfer as in your dins fit I pray and oblige.
