Reflection (to be completed after discussion of Peer Review with colleague):

When I attend the class of the Meera I was very excited because I will see different experiences
and different method of teaching, but Meera was little scared because she thinks about the
students and how to deal with them. I think before she starts to do with the students the
experiment she must let the students to predict about the hypothesis. After the lesson I sit with
Meera and tell her what she is done the class and what is the good area and area that she need
to improve it in the next time. Meera was very listening to my comments and respect my opinion
about her lesson; also she was very responding with me. This method it help both of us to discuss
together about the lesson and support each other by giving ideas and to have a lot of experience
to help us in the future.
