Ms. Masello,
Please be advised, the Plaintiff plans to timely file a response/opposition (including NEWLY
discovered evidence from the SEC involving Defendant - US BANK) with the Court, after receiving
on 12/12/18 a dismissal order issued WITHOUT jurisdiction by Judge Michael Vhay and the
Defendant's Emergency Motion in the above-referenced matter. You are also respectfully reminded
that this docket is directly related to ongoing litigation proceeding in the Federal Court (HARIHAR v
US BANK et al, Appeal No. 17-1381), that includes the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a
Defendant and evidenced claims perceived to impact matters of National Security. Please note,
as part of the record, both you and counsel are considered as witnesses to the evidenced criminal
claims brought against Judge Michael Vhay, ultimately impacting this, and the referenced ongoing
litigation. Therefore, the following parties will be copied on all communications moving forward, either
by email, us mail and/or social media:
The Public will separately be copied out of continued concerns for my personal safety and security.
Respectfully,
Mohan A. Harihar
Plaintiff
