Although internship and industry based learning programs, which are conducted by the
collaboration with universities, are naturally known by a range of people as an effective approach
to prepare upcoming graduates to become familiar with working atmosphere, there is more
campaign that significantly sheds light on sharing individually tacit knowledge so as to synergy
ideas for developing better visions on radical innovation, depending on each individual interest. The
reason that many universities initiate own innovation hubs or incubators to encourage students and
