 My name is Shubham Suresh Chaudhari. I live with my parents in Airoli, Navi
Mumbai. My father, Mr Suresh Chaudhari works at Datta Meghe College of
Engineering, Airoli since 1989 as an Instructor in Mechanical Department and my
mother, Mrs Sangita Chaudhari works at New Horizon Public School, Airoli as a
senior clerk.
 My family income is INR 5,36,775/-

 Applicant's academic achievement -
 I have done my Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering and graduated with 61.13%
aggregate in the year 2015 from Yadavrao Tasgaonkar College of Engineering and
Technology affiliated to Mumbai University.

 After graduating in the year 2015, I started working with Middleby Celfrost
Innovations Pvt. Ltd in November 2015 as a Sales Engineer – Cold Room
Department. I continued working with the same company till January 2017 and
resigned as a Senior Sales Engineer. After resigning, I worked for Ultracool
Systems – Bluestar, Mumbai from February 2017 to January 2018 as a Sales and
Installation Engineer- Cold Room Department

 What are your reasons for choosing to study in Australia, rather than your home
country?
 I have decided to study from Australia because of very high quality of education in the
Australian University. The standard of education provided by an Australian university will
help me to cope-up with the faster growing technology.

country
 There are no such Indian Institutions which provide the similar course and also Australia is
among the top 3 countries to provide quality education because of which it is highly
recognised by leading companies around the world that would help me secure my career in
future.

 Applicant's potential circumstances in Australia

 I have applied for four universities in Australia: University of Technology Sydney,
Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, University of Wollongong, University of
Western Australia.
 University of Technology Sydney is among the top young universities in the world
and ranks number one among the young universities in Australia. because of its
courses which are practice based and are accredited by wide range of professionals.
 The program which I chose is Masters of professional engineering (Mechanical
majors). This program will help me to intensify my knowledge in the field of
engineering and make me ready to practise in the particular field. The total duration
of this course is of 2 years full time and the total number of credit points are 96.
There are 54 core credit points which includes manufacturing engineering and
management core and few electives are Advanced robotics, computer aided designs,
controls of mechatronic systems. Once I gain knowledge about these subjects I
would be able to grab an internship which would encourage me for practising
engineering on large scale.
 After completing my post-graduation from UTS in Masters of Professional
engineering (Mechanical), I will be having wide range of opportunities in my home
country. Companies like Thermax, Larsen and Toubro, Tata Group, Jindal
Industries will offer jobs at the managerial levels which can be a great boost to my
career.
