Keeping in perspective what you have learned:

a) Develop a business idea by focusing on the underlying psychological processes


(perception, learning, memory, personality, attitude formation and attitude change) for
your target consumer market. Write a summary/ report on the idea highlighting the key
concepts that may help in executing your business plan & also identify (concepts)
purpose of application in consumer behavior? [18]

b) Be sure to use at least 2 peer reviewed journal articles as evidence for what you are
stating in the paper regarding application of the applied startegies. The paper should be
strictly based upon the APA style of writing.

c) Prepare a poster on your idea. It will be reviewed in Business gala (7 points)

Key processes: Segmentation, societal marketing concept, perceptual positioning, gestalt


principles, semiotics, classical conditioning, operant conditioning, encoding information
(semantic or narrative), utilitarian and hedonic need, consumer involvement, brand
personality, self image, defense mechanisms

be used. Moreover, line spacing should be double spaced and left justified.
