AUGUST 2014 – CURRENT

 Collaborate with teachers to develop unit plans, lesson plans, and activities that align to
the standards.
 Design and facilitate professional development:
o Around rigorous tasks, knowledge utilization, SRG, MTSS, culturally inclusive
practices, data and student achievement, and integrated student voice into
professional development.
o In multiple settings (formal, informal, large group, small group) and structures
(whole staff, SLT, Tier 1, hands on, conversations, lunch and learns)
 Facilitate teacher reflection and decision-making using student evidence and formative
assessment data.
 Work with professional learning communities to collaboratively unpack standards,
backwards design units, score/evaluate student work, disaggregate data to show trends
for student achievement (success, growth, etc).

 Facilitate Tier 1 Team in the revision of school behavior plan with a focus on academics,
equity, and restorative practices.
 Lead meetings, engaged in a book study with the team, seek feedback from multiple
stakeholders (staff, students, and families).
 Design and facilitate professional development for staff focusing on teaching student
behavior, implicit bias around behavior, student expectations, and our behavior
expectations (capacity building for restorative practices professional development).
