the Shapoorji Pallonji Group taking 51% stake in the company. Its main focus was to make sterling & Wilson
a national electrical contracting company. In 2005 the company started it HVAC projects. In 2007, it
established the Plumbing and Fire Fighting service. It has worked on providing electricity to the village
across various states in India. It was incorporated on 17/04/08 registered office is at Mumbai.

 Configuring Asset Accounting includes Creation of Chart of Depreciation, Depreciation areas,
