Check the line & Bus – PT’s for any

HT panel breaker maintenance

6.1 Check the safety shutter mechanism &


inspect/test for smooth operation & correct
functioning.

6.2 Check breaker all wirings for any signs of


overheating or damage.

Ensure all connections are tight & secured.
Measure the contact resistance of the breakers.
6.4 Clean the breakers contacts by dry cotton cloth &
lubricate them by petroleum jelly.

7 HT panel maintenance:

Clean any accumulated dust from the panel

8 HT Panel CT maintenance:

Check the tightness of CT primary & secondary


8.1 connections. Check the CT for any abnormality.

8.2 Close the work permit.

8.3 Rack in the breakers & charge the HT switch board.
