Ampel Mosque and Arabic Quarter

Ampel Mosque is built by Raden Rahmatullah in 1421 and
reside in Ampel Street Surabaya. The pilgrim arrival or the
visitor will be greeted by the merchants who sell various
supplies to pray and also souvenir like arabic clothes, prayer
beads, cowl, cap, arabic perfume and dates fruit.
Pasar Genteng
Wish to buy typical Surabaya edible gifts? Stop at Genteng
market. You'll find Surabaya's traditional and popular
munchies such as variety of crackers, smoked fish and the
famous Surabaya layer cakes.
The Tallest Four Faced Buddha & Kwan Im's Statue

Located in Kenjeran Park, the Four-Faced Buddha statue is a
spectacular sight at over 36 metres tall, making it the largest
Buddhist statue in Southeast Asia. The faces reflect mercy,
generosity, fairness and contemplation, while the multiple
hands hold holy books, beads, water vessels and other
artifacts. Nearby the statue, there is a vaulting 20 meter-high
statue of the Goddess of Mercy, Kwan Im Po Sat, flanked by
two daughters and four men on the level below. Find the two
dragons guarding the magic bejewelled ball of fire from
falling down denoting the Goddess' blessings to the sailor's a
safe trip home.
Suramadu Bridge
The Suramadu bridge in East Java is the longest bridge in
Southeast Asia, connecting Java and Madura Island. Opened
in June 2009, the 5.4 km bridge is the bridge to cross the
Madura strait. The bridge is aimed at accelerating
transportation to and from Madura and Surabaya. Earlier, it
took 30 minutes to get to Madura and vice versa by ferry, but
now it takes only 10 minutes.

What to See in Surabaya
House of Sampoerna
Learn to roll a clove cigarette in the house!! A combination of
cigarette museum and cafe, House of Sampoerna is an
interesting place to visit. It was built in 1858 and used as an
orphanage during the Dutch administration. It was then
purchased in 1932 by Mr. Liem Seeng Tee, the founder of
Sampoerna. It is now a preserved historical site.
Tugu Pahlawan
Tugu Pahlawan is the main symbol of the city, dedicated to the
people who died during the battle of Surabaya on November
10, 1945. This monument is located at Jalan Pahlawan, with
shape like nails standing upside down.
Suroboyo Bridge
Suroboyo bridge is the latest local attractions in Surabaya. It
connects to the Juanda International Airport. The bridge is
designed with 150 poles and has a colorful fountain in the
side.
Grand Pakuwon Food Junction

Food Junction is located in Grand Pakuwon housing and has an
indoor and outdoor venue. Traditional and modern culinary
variety is available here. The Food Junction is also equipped
with a variety of games arcade, perfectly suit for kids and
