Lubrication Hydraulic System

Oil level in PTO gear box Correct oil level supply tank
(truck transmission)
Condition of hoses and connectors
Water System
Twists in hoses on auger when vertical
Check for leaks (straighten)

Drain cocks working Hoses clear frame through full swing

Main Sand & Stone Conveyor Belt Mix Auger Assembly

(must be empty to check)
Mixer auger covers fit
Belt tension correct
Condition of mixer boot
Condition of belt lacer (tears, cuts, or worn spots patched)

All bolts tight and in place Chutes fit together & in good condition

Condition of crossbars and chain Check mixer blades and paddles

(for wear and cracks)
Condition of belt
Air System
Sand Bin (must be empty to check)
Cement bin vibrators operating properly
Condition of front seal
Sand bin vibrators operating properly
Proper guide adjustment
(no sand leakage) Stone bin vibrators operating properly
(if equipped)
Condition of gate and opening
Air hose and/or connection not leaking
Rear belt wiper
Cement Bin & Feeder
Stone Bin (must be empty to check)
Cement bin lid seals, intact & clean
Condition of front seal
Cement bin latch clean and functioning
Proper guide adjustment
(no stone leakage) Miscellaneous

Condition of gate and opening Hold downs tight

(springs 3” tall when compressed)
Admix System
Inspect all shields
Drain cocks working

Drain and flush systems

NOTE: When on continuous operation, all checks (Daily, BI-Weekly, and Monthly) must be made more frequently.
