Mechanical advance represents WOT conditions (no vacuum/100kPa MAP) minus initial ad
Vacuum advance represents additional timing at idle/part throttle/decel conditions.
The table generated is total advance (initial + mechanical + vacuum advance) vs RPM vs Map
Total advance should not exceed 34-36 degrees on most engines at WOT only. Usually need less.
Maximum total advance should be in the 40-50 degrees range on most engines.

Other thoughts to keep in mind:

GM HEI mechanical advance is limited to 20 degrees
Tradionally, using weaker springs or heavier weights in mechanical advance serves to
get this component of timing in sooner (@ lower RPM). Old school hot rodders aim for timing "all in"
by 2800-3000 RPM
Aluminum heads can generally withstand more timing than iron heads.

Total SA = main spark (- main spark bias) + coolant spark (- coolant spark bias) + EGR spark correction - EGR
Some .xdf files, such as the 0D_v1_02.xdf, DO NOT incorporate bias constants into the tables.
