2. The List of User Need

• General : will be made to the database to store the cheap film. It is expected that this
database can keep data car movies, employees and customer data.
• Related with the cheap film : each cheap film will be stored data name, address and
phone number the customer.
• Related to customer: for each subscriber will be stored data name, the address and the
phone number of each subscriber.
• Related to the disc : will be saved infirmasi film about the condition of the disc and
the film what is on the disc.
• Film-related : saved the title, film code and film rating.
• Car : save the data to serve customers , movie title and cpy which, customers who
rent, the date of return, the delay, the renting price and if applicable due.
 Payment : no. the customer, total payment, payment status.

7. The System Configuration

In our rental we use the centralized configuration. The configuration seperate the
recording and it make will easy to control the data. We use batch system for the data so
there is no real time data input. Because we used centralized system so the data is
vulnerable downtime.
