AGREEMENT TO SELL

This Agreement to sell is made at Lahore on this 19th day of December, 2018

BETWEEN

Tayyab Bilal S/O Zubair Farooq Khan R/o


________________________________________________, Multan (hereinafter
referred to as the “Vendor” which expression wherever the context so admits shall
be deemed to include his legal heirs, representatives and successors in interest) of
the FIRST PART.

AND

Muhammad Bilal Anwar S/o ______________________ R/O


_____________________________________, Multan (hereinafter referred to as
the “Vendee” which expression wherever the context so admits shall be deemed to
include his legal heirs, representatives and successors in interest) of the OTHER
PART.

IN RESPECT OF

Residential Plot. No. ______ Ibraheem Gardens Total


Measuring(_____Kanals, ____ Marlas), Address of Ibraheem
Gardens, Khasra No. _____,___ Marlas in Khewat
No.155/149, Khatuni No. 539, transferred to the extent of
11/958 Measuring _______ Marlas, and _______Marlas in
Khewat No.154/148, Khatuni No. 538, transferred to the
extent of 4/947 Measuring _______ Marlas, situated at
Mouza __________, Multan,
(Hereinafter referred to as “Property”)
WHEREAS, the Vendor is the absolute lawful owner, seized and possessed of the
Property hereinbefore mentioned vide Registered Sale Deed bearing Document
No. 9152, Book No. 1, Volume No. 6356 dated 21/07/2001, registered with Sub-
Registrar Aziz Bhatti Town, Lahore.

AND WHEREAS both the parties earlier entered into an agreement to sell dated
______ which has expired on 10/07/2007, therefore, it is required to enter into this
agreement and this be read as an integral part of earlier agreement to sell. Only
maturity date is extended through this agreement uptill 25/07/2007.

AND WHEREAS the Vendor through his Attorney is willing to sell the Property
while the Vendee is desirous to purchase the Property and the parties have agreed
to reduce into writing in this agreement the terms and conditions mutually agreed
between them.

AND WHEREAS it is specifically stated that this agreement is regarding


extension of maturity date for balance payment rest of terms and conditions will
be remained same.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties have signed this Agreement of sale on the
said month and year above mentioned in the presence of the witnesses hereto.
