Admission (i) Obtained at least 4 years of practical working experience of demolition work or
Requirements construction site
(ii) Holder of the recognised qualification of "One-day Gas Welding Safety Training Course"

(iii) Holder of Valid Green Card
(iv) Had ability to read and know the general chinese work instructions
(i) 最少具四年拆卸工作或建築地盤實際工作經驗
(ii) 持有「一日制氣體焊接安全訓練課程」認可資歷
(iii) 持有有效的平安卡
(iv) 能閱讀及理解一般中文工作指令
Award of The written and practial examiantions allowed to be taken only if attend 7 lessons or above of the
Certificate theorial sessions and all practical sessions. Certificate of trade test is awarded upon attaining at
least score of 75% in both theorial and practical sessions.
證書頒發 出席理論部份課程7堂或以上及全部工場實習課程方可參加期終的筆試及實務試。如理論部份考試成
績不少於75%及實務部份成績不少於75%，可獲本學院發出技能測試證書
Course Fee $2,700.00
課程費用  If the applicants do not hold a valid “One-Day Certificate for Gas Welding Safety Training
Course”, HKIC may arrange them to take the safety training course with changing the course
duration to 9 nights & 3 days and the course fee shall be $3,080.
 If the applicants have hold the Certificate of Training Course for Demolition Workers (Building)
(DCO), they can be exempt from taking the common modules of the course with total 11 hours
and the course fee shall be $2,200.
 If the applicants have completed the procedures of Demolition of Unauthorised Building Works
and Advanced safety knowledge course of Skills Upgrading Scheme and fulfillment of the entry
requirement, they can take the supplementary course including 7-hour theorical sessons and
14-hour mock practical workshop training and the exam to award the trade test certificate and
the course fee shall be $2,200.
 如申請人並未持有有效「一日制氣體焊接安全訓練課程」證書，可由本學院安排修讀是項證書
課程，而本課程天數將為9晚及3天，費用為$3,080
 如申請人已持有「拆卸工(建築物)訓練課程」證書(DCO)，可獲豁免修讀本課程之課堂部份共同
單元共十一小時；而課程費用為$2,200
 如申請人已修畢「技能提升計劃」的「拆卸大廈違例建築物的工序及安全認識進階課程」及符
合入學條件，可選讀補足課程包括7小時理論堂課和14小時工場模擬實習及考試，以獲取技能測
試證書；而課程費用為HK$2,200
